H.6 Verification, sealing, immutable release & packing photos

The final packing list is an immutable snapshot with a SHA-256 hash; any later change must go through an amendment with a reason and approval. Packing photos are reviewed and become visible to the client only once published.

What it does

Supervisors verify packages / containers and can Request re-packing; sealing (seal number entered twice); approval and release management.
Release stores the master PDF / Excel and the client packing list with their hash; photos of the released version are locked.
Photos: enlarged view, point annotations on the photo, Accept / Retake review, publish to the client.
