C.3 Cutting plan PDF & DXF files for Bodor laser machines

Sends the cutting plan straight to the machine: DXF R12 with the correct layers (CUT_OUTER, CUT_INNER, MARK, SHEET, REMNANT) that opens in BodorCAM / BodorThinker / CypCut, and a PDF with the list of part marks under each layout for the cutting operator to check.

What it does

Combined PDF or one PDF per steel type (ZIP); sheet drawings with true contours, paired parts and small parts nested in blocks.
Under each layout: a part mark table (dimensions, thickness, number of holes, qty per sheet, total qty, kg, assemblies used in, remarks).
Bodor DXF (ZIP): nested layouts + each single part (name including quantity) + parts_list.csv; CSV saw list for sections.

Limits and points to check

The DXF does not carry cutting sequence, lead-ins or kerf compensation – set these in the CAM software according to thickness and machine power. Splice positions must be approved by the designer.
