H.12 Site receiving

The site checks the seal when the container arrives, scans the QR code to receive each package and reports shortages / damage with photos. Nothing is received automatically – unscanned packages are recorded as missing and create a discrepancy.

What it does

  • Confirm container arrival (Seal intact / Seal mismatch); scan packages, condition (Good / Damaged / Coating damage / Wet – rust / Deformed), notes and photos.
  • Complete receiving: shortages are reported; the data is shared with Smart Erection Site Receiving.
