C.4 Material requisition (MR)

Cutting plans are turned directly into material requisitions on your company template – one requisition per steel type, standardised material codes and a 3-level signature block. No more copying figures from Excel into forms, and fewer ordering errors.

What it does

Requisitions by type: plates, sections, angles, hollow sections, pipes, round bars / tie rods, purlins.
Columns: material code (PL{t}X{width}X{length}-{grade}…), description – specification, steel grade, unit, quantity (sheets / bars), weight (kg), net part weight and yield.
Signature block: Requesting department – Internal / budget control – Board / authorised person.
Print all or individual requisitions (A4 landscape); Excel with the requisition sheet, plate and bar cutting plans and splices.
