What it does
- Overview: container condition timeline; ISO 6346 + size–type code (e.g. 45G1), CSC plate; shipping line, booking, B/L, vessel, POL / POD, ETD / ETA, cut-off.
- VGM per SOLAS (Method 2 suggested; refused when the maximum gross mass is exceeded).
- 7-point container inspection (C-TPAT / WCO SAFE) + 7 condition points; securing per the CTU Code; ISPM 15 timber; ISO 17712 seals; loading / unloading plan and sequence.
- Photo log in work order (capture time, SHA-256); videos uploaded in parts (checked, optimised for online viewing, seekable on mobile) or YouTube / Vimeo / OneDrive links.
- Accompanying documents (invoice, B/L, C/O, MTC 3.1, paint / galvanising, ISPM 15…) with attached / original / to follow status; unloading instructions, receiving checklist and confirmation boxes.
- Clients see only released / published data; post-release additions (VGM, B/L) are logged and clearly marked; a completeness bar shows what is still missing.
How to use it
- Logistics enters the container & shipping line, VGM and documents; team leaders / supervisors record the 7-point inspection and securing, take photos and upload videos.
- Logistics managers publish photos, videos and documents.
- Send to the client via the QR code on the report, a share link (with expiry and PIN) or a client account.
