Core concepts
The ideas that run through every module: one data set, one identity per piece, one project record.
PEB Studio in one page: modules and data flow
PEB Studio reads the IFC from Tekla Structures and manages the whole life of every steel member: BOM, cutting, requisitions, production and QC, welds, packing, erection…
Component identity: mark, serial, PCID and QR
How PEB Studio tells pieces apart: assembly and part marks from Tekla, a serial for each physical piece (Item n / N), the Physical Component ID used on site, and signed…
Project record, statuses and versions
The project record is entered once and reused by every module; versions capture each release and can be restored; projects can be duplicated or archived to a file.
