How permissions are decided
- Each department has – / View / Edit rights for every module.
- Individual permissions override the department; the Effective column shows the result.
- Workshop positions (worker, team leader, supervisor, QC, welding engineer, HR…) decide the screens and dashboards a person sees.
- Packing and Smart Erection add project roles (e.g. packer, carrier, site manager, customer admin, viewer).
- Everything is checked on the server; hidden buttons are only a convenience.

Segregation of duties
IT administrators do not get QC approval rights; whoever reports production cannot approve its QC; whoever records an installation cannot accept it; weld and packing list approvals are separate rights.
