The sequence is proposed from the geometry (base plates → columns → bracing → beams / rafters → purlins), with dependencies and a CPM schedule, and must be approved together with the method statement number. Step-by-step 3D simulation helps communicate the plan to the erection crew.

What it does

Steps: type, zone, components, duration, FS / SS / FF / SF dependencies, hold points and safety notes; DRAFT → UNDER REVIEW → APPROVED → SUPERSEDED.
Installation guides per step (drawings, bolts, photos, safety); export of an Installation Manual PDF.
Simulation: play / pause / back / forward, speed 0.5× – 2×, 5 modes; PDF export of the steps.

Limits and points to check

The system does not replace the erection method statement: it does not infer crane capacity, lifting points, temporary stability, temporary bracing or tightening torque. Simulations without an approved method statement always display “VISUALIZATION ONLY”.
