F.3 Workshop screen – scan the QR to confirm completion

Minimal steps for workers on a phone: scan → view → tick to confirm → done. The system automatically picks the team's next stage and blocks the confirmation when the previous stage is not finished or is awaiting QC.

What it does

Scan the production label, shipping tag or Smart Erection QR code, or type the serial / mark.
Component information (project, serial, profile, length, weight, drawing) and the one stage that may be confirmed.
The team leader ticks the team members who did the work; welders select a valid WPS (only welders authorised for the WPS with a valid qualification).
After confirmation the component moves on to the next stage or to Awaiting QC; report Rework done after a failed QC.

How to use it

Press SCAN COMPONENT and point the camera at the tag.
Tick I confirm … has COMPLETED → CONFIRM COMPLETED.
Press Scan the next component.
