F.3 Workshop screen – scan the QR to confirm completion

What it does

• Scan the production label, shipping tag or Smart Erection QR code, or type the serial / mark.
• Component information (project, serial, profile, length, weight, drawing) and the one stage that may be confirmed.
• The team leader ticks the team members who did the work; welders select a valid WPS (only welders authorised for the WPS with a valid qualification).
• After confirmation the component moves on to the next stage or to Awaiting QC; report Rework done after a failed QC.

How to use it

1. Press SCAN COMPONENT and point the camera at the tag.
2. Tick I confirm … has COMPLETED → CONFIRM COMPLETED.
3. Press Scan the next component.
