H.7 Digital container handover

A handover record for the carrier with a checklist cross-checked against system data and signatures (supervisor and logistics with account + password; the driver signs by hand on screen). Fully signed → container HANDED OVER, and a PDF certificate is stored with its hash.

What it does

10-point checklist (container number, condition, loading complete, PKL verified, photos, doors closed, seal…), each point backed by system evidence.
Handover record revisions when needed; shipping out is a separate action, never automatic.

Limits and points to check

Internal electronic signatures with an audit log – not certified digital signatures under the Vietnamese Law on Electronic Transactions.
