H.9 Multi-language & AI translation

What it does

• Built in: English, Vietnamese, 简体中文, 日本語, 한국어, Français, Español, Deutsch; other languages are created with ChatGPT (draft → review → approval).
• International codes (ETD, ETA, Incoterms, B/L, m³, kg), steel designations, marks and figures are not translated; numbers and dates follow each language's format; CJK / Thai fonts are embedded as minimal subsets.
• The API key is encrypted and never returned to the browser; only template labels (and component descriptions, if allowed) are sent to the AI service – never client names, prices or container numbers.
• Unreviewed versions are stamped “MACHINE TRANSLATION – NOT YET REVIEWED” and are not available via link / QR.
