F.7 Cutting area – cutting, drilling / punching, bending

Parts (part marks) are managed in a separate area; once all parts are available, the cutting stage of the component completes automatically and opens the next stage (e.g. Tack-up) – the assembly shop knows immediately which components have all their parts ready for fit-up.

What it does

  • Select the stage (Cut / Drill / Bend), filter the part group, select the finished parts → Complete; parts with the full quantity are hidden automatically.
  • Reducing a quantity (damaged, re-cut) is a correction with a reason; drilling cannot exceed the quantity cut.
  • Parts are allocated to components in order (FIFO).
