F.8 QA/QC workflow, inspection queue & workshop NCR

QC works from a queue and inspects to the right standard (ISO 5817, AWS D1.1, AS/NZS 1554.1, EN 1090-2); every FAIL is kept as evidence. An NCR follows the flow OPEN → CORRECTIVE ACTION → RE-INSPECTION → CLOSED, and only QC can close it.

What it does

Inspection step: required / optional / sampling %, hold / witness / review, standard, measurements (min / max), mandatory photos / documents, ITP.
PASS / FAIL with defect (porosity, undercut, dimensional deviation…) and disposition (redo, repair, accept with approval, reject); a waiver requires a reason and an approver.
