F.9 Workers, production teams, positions & supervision

The workshop organisation is digitised: each person has a position that determines their screens and permissions; each team has one team leader and each supervisor oversees 1–2 teams. Worker QR cards and personal production history form the basis for performance evaluation.

What it does

Worker profile (trade, grade, team, shift, permitted stages, qualifications); personal data visible to HR only; the QR card contains only a look-up code.
Team: stages, shift, team leader / deputy, members (each worker in one team, transfers are logged) and reporting account.
Positions: worker, team leader, supervisor, production staff / manager, QC, welding engineer, HR – each position has its own dashboard.
