D.3 Branded PDFs with QR code

Every outgoing document carries the same brand identity and certification line (for example ISO 3834-2 · EN 1090-2 EXC3 · AS/NZS 5131 CC3). A signed QR code on every page opens the online version of the document – preventing forgery and always allowing the current revision to be checked.

What it does

  • Header: logo, company, address, certifications, reference block, title and colour band.
  • QR code at the top right of every page (clickable in the PDF); HMAC-signed, view-only link.
  • Footer: company · website, document name · timestamp · prepared by, “Page i / n” and slogan.
