J.2 Append-only history, immutable releases & filtered sharing

Every change can be traced, clients always receive exactly the approved version, and nothing internal leaks when documents are shared.

What it does

Reports, inspections, corrections, scans and events are append-only records; a correction keeps the old / new value, the person and the reason. Deleting only marks a record (files are kept for audit).
Final packing lists, approved weld revisions and handover packages are frozen snapshots with SHA-256; changes need an amendment or a new revision.
Optimistic locking: when two people edit at once, the second is asked to reload. Scans and uploads carry an idempotency key – a double tap never records twice.
Client copies, share links and public QR views contain only released documents and published photos, videos and documents – no account names, internal remarks, QC / NCR details or prices.
