J.2 Append-only history, immutable releases & filtered sharing

What it does

• Reports, inspections, corrections, scans and events are append-only records; a correction keeps the old / new value, the person and the reason. Deleting only marks a record (files are kept for audit).
• Final packing lists, approved weld revisions and handover packages are frozen snapshots with SHA-256; changes need an amendment or a new revision.
• Optimistic locking: when two people edit at once, the second is asked to reload. Scans and uploads carry an idempotency key – a double tap never records twice.
• Client copies, share links and public QR views contain only released documents and published photos, videos and documents – no account names, internal remarks, QC / NCR details or prices.
