H.8 Client packing list

A dedicated professional template for the client: printed only from the released version and hiding all internal information (user names, warehouse locations, QC / NCR status, internal notes…). Each package has its own QR code for online cargo checking.

What it does

Page 1: shipper / consignee / notify party, shipment details (contract, invoice, Incoterms, ports, vessel, ETD / ETA, B/L), container band (container number, seal, packages, net, gross, CBM) and package summary.
Following pages: each package with QR, dimensions, weight, handling notes and component list; declaration, signatory and SHA-256 verification line.
PDF and Excel; client accounts see only released packing lists; share links with expiry and PIN.
