F.10 Dashboard by position (My dashboard)

Everyone sees exactly their own work when they open the app: welders see components awaiting welding, fitters see tacked-up components awaiting final fit-up, supervisors compare teams, and the QC manager sees the pass rate and inspection workload of each inspector.

What it does

Worker: work to do, confirmed – awaiting QC, rework needed, last 14 days, completed by project, qualifications.
Team leader: team KPIs, workers and their share of tonnage, work outstanding for more than 2 days.
Welding engineer: expired / expiring qualifications, welders without authorisation.
