D.1 Project information & team in charge

A single place for all project information: entered once, reused by every module and every exported document (material requisition, packing list, reports…), so they are always consistent.

What it does

6 groups: General (status Quotation → … → Warranty, fabrication standard, surface protection, contract tonnage, delivery deadline), Client & site, Team in charge (Sales, PM, design engineer, QA/QC), Material requisition, Dispatch (shipper, consignee, notify party, Incoterms, ports, vessel, ETD, shipping marks) and Signatures.
Pick the person in charge from the user accounts (name, position, e-mail and phone are taken over) or type them in for the project.
