Issue material requisitions

   Step 1

   Generate requisitions

   From the cutting plan results click Material requisition. One requisition is created per steel type: plates, sections, angles, hollow sections, pipes, round bars and purlins.

   Step 2

   Check codes and quantities

   Each line shows the standard material code, specification, grade, unit, quantity, weight, net part weight and yield.

   Step 3

   Print and sign

   Print all or individual requisitions on A4 landscape with the 3-level signature block: requesting department, budget control and the authorised director.

   Step 4

   Export to Excel

   Export the requisition sheet together with the plate and bar cutting plans and splices for purchasing.
