F.1 Operating principles

The principles that keep production data reliable and compliant with quality standards.

What it does

  • Production complete ≠ QC passed: a stage with an inspection moves to Awaiting QC; only the QC Inspector confirms PASS / FAIL.
  • Scanning a QR code grants no rights – users still have to sign in; permissions are checked on the server.
  • History is never overwritten: every report, inspection and correction is a separate record; corrections keep the old / new value, approver and reason.
  • Output is never double-counted: when several people work on a piece, factory tonnage is counted once and each person records their share.
  • Workers with history are never deleted (only resigned / inactive / transferred); editing a process never changes the status of completed components automatically.
