Smart Erection – on-site erection management

I.7 Logistics → site: containers, receiving, storage yard, erection readiness

Know in advance which component is in which container and where it will be erected; alerts for components needed early but arriving late. The Ready for Erection level for each step shows what is missing (not delivered, drawing awaiting approval, NCR, previous step not complete).

What it does

  • Container-to-Erection Mapping: select a container / package → the components inside are highlighted on the model.
  • Site Receiving: confirm container arrival, check the seal, scan packages, condition, complete – discrepancies (missing, excess, wrong container, damaged).
  • Site Storage: yard areas, locations, assignment of packages / components – found instantly in the passport and the navigator.

Limits and points to check

“Ready for Erection” considers only materials, drawings and quality; it does not replace the on-site safety assessment.
