Eligibility
Only components that are fully fabricated, QC-released, painted or galvanised and not on hold can be packed. Bolts and accessories are packed by unit up to the BOM quantity plus allowance.
From draft to site
- Draft – packages and containers are planned and filled by scanning.
- Verified – the supervisor checks packages and containers, or requests re-packing.
- Sealed – the seal number is entered twice.
- Released – an immutable snapshot with SHA-256; client documents are produced only from it.
- Handed over – the carrier signs the digital handover.
- Shipped – a separate, explicit action.
- Received – on site, by scanning each package; unscanned packages become discrepancies.
