Confirm production with a QR scan

   Step 1

   Scan the component

   Open the workshop screen, press SCAN COMPONENT and point the camera at the production label, shipping tag or Smart Erection QR. You can also type the serial or mark.

   Step 2

   Check the information

   The screen shows the project, serial, profile, length, weight, drawing and the one stage you may confirm.

   Step 3

   Select the team and WPS

   Team leaders tick the members who did the work. Welders select a valid WPS — only welders authorised for that WPS with a valid qualification can be chosen.

   Step 4

   Confirm

   Tick I confirm … has COMPLETED and press CONFIRM COMPLETED. The piece moves to the next stage or to Awaiting QC.

   Step 5

   Scan the next component

   Press Scan the next component to continue.

   Tip After a failed QC, report “Rework done” from the same screen.
