I.8 Inspection & NCR, Technical Issues & Drawing Management

Installation quality is documented: checklists by inspection type, PASS / FAIL / CONDITIONAL, and NCRs with a responsible person and a due date. Drawings have statuses and revisions; components with unapproved drawings are placed on DRAWING HOLD.

What it does

11 inspection types (grid position, elevation, alignment, plumbness, connections, bolts, site welding, temporary stability, foundations / anchor bolts, final acceptance) with editable checklists.
Technical issues (missing components, damage, incorrect installation, drawing clarification…) tracked until closed.
Drawings: DRAFT → FOR REVIEW → APPROVED → IFC → SUPERSEDED → AS-BUILT; files open only through the system.
