The chain
Everything starts from the IFC model exported from Tekla Structures, together with its PDF, DXF and NC drawings. From there each module adds information to the same components:
| Module | Adds | Main users |
|---|---|---|
| A · Platform | Accounts, departments, permissions, projects and versions | Administrators |
| B · IFC & BOM | Assemblies, parts, material take-off, bolts, welds, 3D, drawings | Engineering, estimating, purchasing |
| C · Cutting & MR | Cutting plans, machine files, material requisitions | Engineering, cutting shop, purchasing |
| D · Project | Project record, team in charge, client page, branded PDFs, categories | PM, sales |
| E · Reporting & labels | Stage progress, photos, client reports, QR labels | Production, PM |
| F · MES & QA/QC | Workflows, QR confirmation, inspections, NCR, WPS, traceability | Workshop, QC, welding engineers |
| G · Welds | Weld register, consumables, cost, benchmarks | Welding engineers, estimators |
| H · Packing | Packages, containers, loading plans, release, client packing lists | Logistics, warehouse |
| I · Smart Erection | Receiving, storage, sequence, installation, inspection, handover | Site, PM, clients |
Four shared foundations
- One account per person, with permissions by department and role, checked on the server.
- One project record, entered once and reused by every document.
- One component identity – mark, serial and QR – from the IFC to the installed position.
- One audit trail: history is appended, never overwritten.
Where to start
New users usually begin with the step-by-step guides, then the feature reference for their own module. Administrators should read Roles and permissions first.
